Cherise's Salon is a full sevice salon with over 31 years of experience. Cherise Wintz with 23 years experience is the Owner of Cherise's Salon, as well as a Hair Designer & Color Specilist.

Cherise is also well known in her community... Inspired by realty television programs like "The Swan" and "Extreme Makeover," Cherise Wintz, owner of a Cherise's Salon located in Daytona Beach Shores, FL, came up with a locally grown version a few years ago. The Volusia County Makeover Team to date has given over 20 educational scholoarships for single parent moms in Volusia County.

Since then, Cherise, the program's founder has teamed up with the Millennium Woman Foundation--a Winter Park based nonprofit organization that provides tuition scholarships to single moms -- and now three local women have been transformed; Pamela Reynolds (2005 Millennium Woman), Patty Bennet (2006 Millennium Woman), and Sondra Tomlinson (2007 Millennium Woman).

Cherise is also active in Locks of Love (www.locksoflove.org), as you are probably aware, this company receives donated hair and makes wigs for children suffering hair loss from terminal illnesses.
